Today, I will explain about Automatic Motor Control System. This Motor Control System is used to operate Submersible Water Pump automatically. This Water Pump Controller automatically starts and stops Submersible Water Pump as per timer set. Motor OFF Time and Motor ON Times are adjustable by DH48S-S cyclic / double timer. Motor current is monitored by Electronic Over Current (EOCR) Relay. When draws excessive current than adjusted on EOCR, it trips after predetermined time causing to save your motor being burnt. Magnetic Contactor is used to switch Water Pump power. Detailed practical demonstration of Wiring, Setting of EOCR & Timer and Operation has been presented to show its working. In case of automatic control system malfunction, water pump may be operated manually by simply operating magnetic contactor.
