Components Used: Microcontroller (e.g., Arduino or similar): The brain of the system, controlling the process of filling and weighing tablets. Load Cell/Weight Sensor: Measures the weight of the tablets being dispensed to ensure the correct amount is packaged. Conveyor Belt or Hopper System: Delivers the tablets to the weighing station for packaging. Solenoid Valve or Actuator: Controls the flow of tablets into the packaging containers once the desired weight is achieved. LCD Display or Touchscreen: Shows real-time information such as the weight of the tablets and system status. Power Supply: Ensures stable operation of the entire system. Working Principle: 1. Tablets are fed into the system through a conveyor belt or hopper. 2. The load cell or weight sensor continuously measures the weight of the tablets being dispensed. 3. Once the desired weight is achieved, the microcontroller signals the solenoid valve or actuator to stop the flow of tablets into the container. 4.
