I have been a user of the Autotuner Automotive Tool for quite a while and think it is an invaluable tool.
As shown in the video it is a a well constructed device and has a very user friendly easy to use interface.
The only negative for the tool is that it needs to be online THE WHOLE TIME whilst in use, including all the way through the ECU write which can be an issue sometimes.
