AutoVectis Pro - Basic phasing guide for Bruker .d files

This video gives a quick overview of the basic AutoVectis settings normally used for processing (phasing) Bruker .d FT-ICR MS (aka MRMS) data files to absorption mode. AutoVectis is part of the AutoVectis Pro suite of mass spectrometry data processing tools. AutoVectis is specifically intended for producing absorption mode spectra from recorded transients - and then feeding this into the top-down or DOM assignment workflows. If you find that the settings proposed in this video doen't work for your data - DON'T PANIC! There are other ways and you just need to ask for that training :-) But, these settings should work for most files. There are separate videos for the basic parameters needed for processing Orbitrap transients through AutoVectis, and for processing raw mass spectra via AutoQuis.
