Avatar Dynamics Part 2 Dynamic Toggles, Parameter Drivers: Randomizes, Timers, Toggle All

Part 2 for Avatar Dynamics in Unity for VR Chat. I go over making a dynamic or touch toggle that should sync with other players. We go over Parameter Drivers to make a second toggle to toggle on an entire set of clothing while still having the toggles for every individual toggle we use Parameter Drivers to make a clock that could be used as a recharge system. this could also be used for a health system or an ammo system we use Parameter Drivers to make a randomize for a toggle. good for ear twitching or other movent animations to make it not so consistent
