Avoid This Ugly Behaviour and Do This Instead...

Self pity really is an ugly thing to see. Not that I lack sympathy for the sufferer but because it's repulsive. We shouldn't wallow in it and we mustn't let the ones we love fall victim to it. We need instead to build our character, support others and find a way forward... never give up...
