Azure Conditional Access for User, MFA, and Location

In this video I'll be going over Azure's Conditional Access. In short, these configurations enable a user to access an application with MFA if the user IP resides in a particular location. More specifically UserA will have access to the Azure Portal using MFA if their IP resides within the USA.
