In This video, I cover three main points in crosswind takeoffs in the B737 for new pilots:
1- Rudder application.
2- Forward pressure on the control column up to 80knots.
3- Flight controls into the wind.
The FCTM has a very good detailed section about takeoff I strongly suggest you go over it carefully and many times to be able to understand fully that section. I know for me it took a while till I was able to begin to understand it.
