Back Handspring Tutorial (Flexible/Non-Flexible Method)

In this video, we will be discussing the methods for learning a Back Handspring and also some common mistakes done while practicing the move. This according to me is one of the most easiest backward going flip. I have made 2 parts in the video. The first is if you are flexible and the second if you aren't. I personally haven't seen any tutorial which gives the method of learning in the flexible way so I thought of letting you guys know the method in which I learnt the move.
