Back to Basics - HITMAN 3 Challenge

Here's a new challenge in HITMAN 3, or World of Assassination, called 'Back to Basics'. The challenge is to kill the main targets in any* story mission besides the tutorial with sniper rifle kills only, achieving silent assassin rating and doing it all suit only. The reward for beating this challenge is unlocking the 'Rifle Case'. This larger briefcase is special in that ALL sniper rifles can be stashed and retrieved from it fast, as fast as Siegers and Hackls can be with the other briefcases. There's a little comparison clip at the end of this video. Cool case, but unfortunately it doesn't do much for me. I've had Sieger 300 Ghost and Hackl Sniper Rifle Covert unlocked for years already and one of the reasons I tend to pick the other, crappier rifles for missions is precisely because I like getting the slow un/packing animation and with this case I'll lose that. Well, I guess I'll find some use for it. Maybe some featured contract requires a specific rifle and quick unpacking or something. The challenge itself is also a little silly, because most of the targets in the game are always surrounded by guards or spend most of the time in unsnipable areas if they are alone. The only way to really get Silent Assassin rating with a gun for most missions is to get close enough to them to first to distract or take out their bodyguards in an otherwise quiet area, which means at that point you'd probably be in melee range of the target as well. Not my idea of what the sniper rifle is really designed for, close range. I always aim to go the maximum distance myself. * This challenge is listed in the all the main story missions, but it's actually impossible to do in Untouchable because that level can't have a sniper rifle in it, outside of mods or hacks of course. MISSION PLAN: The Majestic in Golden Briefcase This method showcased in the video is also doable with a loud rifle. The sound won't attract guards, I tested it.
