A delicious Indian Dessert, easy to make with very few ingredients. This dessert is a variation of the popular Rasmalai.
INGREDIENTS:
RICOTTA CHEESE 425 GMS/15 OZ.
HALF AND HALF MILK AND CREAM 16 FL.OZ.
1 CUP SUGAR
2 TBS. ALMOND FLOUR
1 TSP CARDOMON POWDER
4-5 WHOLE CARDAMON
1TSP SAFFRRON
BLANCHED ALMONDS
PISTACHIO
