In this video, we examine Badiou's clash with Deleuze and Guattari, as well as his ontology. Badiou's approach to multiplicity, and in particular to the concept of event, differs radically from that of D&G, which isn't to say that Badiou is wrong but it indicates a profound ontological divergence regarding the nature of Being, either as void (Badiou) or full (D&G). This contrast prepares our future examination of D&G's own axiomatic logic.
