Slice drop shot : (Intermediate & Advance level) 1. Is an offensive shot, which where you hit the shuttle with a slicing motion from the back court to the front court near at the opponent's service line. 2. You can trick your opponent by imitating a clear shot or a smash shot. And at the last second, change the racket swing direction into a slicing action to deceive your opponent. 3. Contact point of slice drop shot is at the possible highest point, hit the shuttle with a sharp and step angle towards at the front side of the opponent's court. 4. Is used to set yourself up, or to put your opponent into out of position, forcing the opponent to lift the shuttle. That way, you can gain the attack. 5. This shot can be hit with 2 different speed, fast speed and slow speed. 6. Usually applied in either backhand corner, where you hit the shuttle straight down the line across the net at the forehand side of your opponent's court. Or forehand corner, where you hit the shuttle diagonally across the net at the forehand side of your opponent's court. Hope you enjoy the video!!
