BAG BOY! - Gravity Check
This is just a test of how the cars attract the carts. I was testing various methods but I just have it slowly increase speed as it is pulled towards the car and when it passes it pulls it back. I decided not to wrap the screens with the carts (or at least in this mode) because otherwise it would sometimes go to the other side of the screen and keep getting faster. I also had it stop at the top and reverse course and when the y-coordinate is the same as the car and momentum is at zero it will kind of lock on and move towards the car. I will have the carts spawn off screen at the bottom like the original and will likely keep the screen similar as the original as well. I can also create a starting momentum so they can start slow or perhaps later start a bit faster. My next test is to start adding multiple cars. I don't think This would work well with too many cars but maybe 3 or 4 cars but I will plan on having multiple shopping carts since PXE will have better flicker management. I will also try and have them push each other off the y-coordinates a bit to prevent flicker (similar to my attempt in Line Man which I wanna convert to PXE). I will have a cart move until it is captured by a car and then pull towards it. I think if I do NUSIZ copies I can have the screen split into zones.
