Baked Brie
ingredients:
6-inch round Brie
1/2 cup (packed) brown sugar
1/4 cup Brandy, Cognac or Bourbon
1/2 chopped pecans (or other nuts)
Directions:
Remove rind from top of Brie. Place Brie in oven proof dish as close in size to the Brie as possible.
Mix sugar, liquor and nuts. Pour on top of Brie( where you removed rind.)
Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes. Until bubbly deliciousness is evident.
Serve with baguette slices.
