This is a popular location for rock climbing enthusiasts just 25 miles up the North Umpqua from Roseburg. These rocks can be seen from Baker wayside (rhymes with "hacker" I think) just up river from Swiftwater Park. In September of 2020, the Archie Creek fire did quite a number on this area.
