In this video level 10 rhythmic gymnast Danielle Greenberg will demonstrate a series of feet warm-ups followed by various balancing exercises as well as a variety of turns. Again, these skills may not come easily to everyone. These are challenging skills, but once you work on them consistently, it will become more fluid.
Parents are encouraged to assist children to ensure that exercises are performed properly. This will create a safe environment as well as a healthy and consistent practice.
