What use is it bulletproofing your joints if you never put them to use? Concepts of such ‘protection’ are reminiscent of ‘self defense’ classes devoid of sparring, the element of using and testing it. Building a strong, flexible, explosive, well protected body cannot be done without actually using it extensively and testing it via endless tasks in the day to day. The testing and use inform the prep, less assumptions / delusions. The two walk hand in hand in the way we do it: 1.
