UPDATE: Bambu lab got back with very quickly after I submitted a tickets. They suspected that the issue may be caused by a material jam inside the five-way connector or an abnormality in the mileage wheel. they recommend that I clean the internal hub by following the guide linked below. If the problem persists, they will provide me with a new assembly for replacement.
