Why limit yourself to just nuts OR chocolate chips? Use both! I started with a cook book recipe and have been altering it for a while and wanted to share the final result. I make this bread all the time. Hope you enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
2-4 very ripe bananas (3 is best)
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cut chopped walnuts
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Bake in 350* oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes
