Sugar 30g｜1/8cup
Salt 2.5g｜1/2tsp
Ripe banana 120g｜1-2pcs
Fresh milk 140ml+-
Instant yeast 3g｜1tsp
Unsalted butter 30g｜1/8cup
Pumpkin seed as needed
Mold 20x7cm
Bake at 180°C｜350°F for 17-20 minutes
