Barbados fluffy light sweet bread, great to eat just like that or for making breakfast or lunch sandwiches,
Ingredients :
7 cups All purpose flour
1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 pks Yeast
4 Egg
1 can coconut Milk
1 cup Raisins
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Combine with flour, salt, yeast, and cinnamon, mix well, add soften butter to mixture and combine.
Add beaten eggs and mix then add warm coconut milk
Mix together well for 10 mins and set aside to rise.

Baking time and temperature 300 degrees for 40 minutes or until top turns into golden color
