• Enabled reduction of door warehouse footprint from 30,000 square feet to 15,000 square feet, while enabling door capacity increase of 20%, with capacity for 32,000 slabs
• Doors are separated in two cages – “Rosie” on the right holds 1-3/8” doors, “The Claw” on the left holds 1-3/4” doors
• Fully integrated with production and delivery – doors are released through our ERP system, and synchronized with the rest of production
• When installed, this was the 2nd system used in our industry in the U.S.
