Standing workout that consists of a variety of exercises at home with accessible items. Use a chair, counter or anything sturdy for support. Dumbells ankle weights or any heavy itmem may be used. We will be preforming traditional calisthenics style excesses on and of the chair. You will feel the burn and a bonus is the waist as well.
