This video depicts a basic warm-up that you can do in your aqua aerobic classes. I pretty much do this warm-up in all my aquatic fitness classes - deep and shallow. The warm-up features basic aqua moves that also serve as an active stretch for the major. This warm-up video was referenced in the new Aqua X Core workout that was posted on the Fitmotivation website - as a warm-up that could be performed prior to the workout.
