Take the block measurements
Lengthwise markings:
1) 3" from neck band to CB point.
2) CB to shoulder blade level, cross mark on the CB line.
(draw a perpendicular line to the CB line)
Widthwise markings:
1) Measure on the dress form CB (shoulder blade level to armhole ridge +1/8" ease )
2) Take inward cross mark on a shoulder Blade level line with the measure of 11/4" from there drop a perpendicular line, to draw a parallel line to the CB line.
Then take the block on the dress form to drape.
