Basic DROP System Setup (No WiFi Needed)

This walks you through connecting to a DROP Hub and adding/naming devices without having to create an account or connect to wifi. This is ideal for an installer who is setting up a system for a homeowner but does not have access to their wifi, or for anyone who does not desire their DROP system to be connected to the internet. The system can be connected to wifi and to remote services later at anytime.
