With the 2nd-generation Basic Panels http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/84212407 you can archive up to ten process values. The datas are stored as a text file on an USB stick. You can remove the USB stick from the panel and connect to a PC. Open the text file with the stored process values with Excel.
