Basic Studio Camera Operation - FCCTV Studio Tutorials
Episode 1 of FCCTV's Studio Tutorial Series. This video will teach current or prospective producers how to operate the cameras at the FCCTV studio. In other videos, we will cover our lighting system, audio, the live switcher, and also go into more fine details to give you more control of your production. Falls Church Community Television is a community resource provided by the City of Falls Church Virginia, Falls Church Public Schools, and the Falls Church Cable Access Corporation. The studio is accessible to members of the public after signing up and paying a $25 annual fee. To schedule a time to come into the studio, please email [email protected]. Before using the studio, the FCCTV staff will require you to show that you know how to operate the equipment properly, so this training video series can serve as your guide. If you have questions and need help learning how use our equipment, the FCCTV staff will be happy to assist. You must bring your own crew for your productions, as staff cannot act as your crew. Please visit www.fallschurchcableaccess.org for information about becoming a member and producing shows for our cable channels in Falls Church (Cox Channel 11, RCN Channel 2, and Verizon Channel 35).
