Ruki make-up and hair inspired tutorial requested by CurseSealELiTE, 010easySilence, XHUBIUX Here you go guys. This is really basic and easy to do hair! SORRY if this does not look EXACTLY like Ruki. I have a super sexy long mullet so D: (extra hair) I don't have short back hair to spike. Also this hair is used very oftenly in the Jrock scene, so yeah someone requested me hide from X-Japan, but it's the same method!
