To gain proficiency in any Martial Arts, one has to have a good footwork foundation. In both modern and ancient Muay Thai, footwork can determine your distance and ability to bridge the gap, not to mention, evading and countering. In this episode, we explore the fundamental footwork used in Muay Boran which also translates into applications of modern Muay Thai. It's important to note, that not all footwork requires mastery.
