10:45 every night at the Salvation Army's Maxwell Mieghen Mens Homeless Shelter, there is a P.A. over the buildings intercom system announcing the 15 min warning that bed checks are about to take place. They announce to the shelter residents that they must be on their bed, on their ACTUAL BED.
No one is ever on their actual bed.
