Our brains and bodies are designed to use movement patterns throughout development to help us reach milestones. We often see those patterns existing past the typical range. Working on these patterns in a fun way will allow children to become freer in their movements, which is linked to improved coordination and regulation. It also is a great way to bond because these games are fun for the whole family!
