Growing a beard is natural, but not socially accepted. It is ridiculous, and people should be aware of what it is making us do. We have them naturally and the only reason that we cut them off seems to be tradition and an image. Who make up this image anyhow?
We don't shave our heads,and no one asks us if we miss our bald head. People are still in shock to find that a man will grow a beard. No one ask why we shave so much, but they do ask why we don't shave.
I also believe that there may be more function to the hair on our heads than we give it credit for. We are mimicking boys.
