Beating Qubit Drift with Real-Time Embedded Calibration

In this demo, QM Product Solutions Research Team Leader Dr Tom Dvir shows the application of closed-loop calibration. The demo uses fast feedback on QM's native FPGA and combines it with a low latency link to a classical server to achieve ms calibration of transmon qubits. The calibrations are embedded in a Quantum Phase Estimation algorithm, mitigating the catastrophic effects of drift and maintain high fidelity throughout the execution of the quantum algorithm.
