Becoming an Ed Tech Leader Through UEN’s ETEP Program

Kristen Baird, an instructional coach, shares how UEN’s Educational Technology Endorsement Program (ETEP) helped her overcome tech overwhelm, build confidence, and become a stronger ed tech leader. Through hands‑on learning, digital citizenship training, and exposure to new tools, ETEP empowered her to better support teachers, improve tech integration, and positively impact students across her school and district.
