[Also me: Creates a custom French cleat, wall-mounted, fully veneered, soft-close, book shelf with sunrise veneer-topped design...]
Needless to say, this took longer than two evenings, but the result is well worth it. I got a chance to try out some new techniques, such as the sunrise walnut patterned tops, and played with recessed drawer fronts and French cleat mounting (yes, it's very strong!). My wife is super happy with how these look and that makes me happy :-)
