2 Pastry Square’s
3 Tbsp Mustard
4 Pinch’s Salt (all up)
3 Pinch’s Pepper
200g Prosciutto
700g Mushrooms
5g Parsly
Pinch Rosemary Leaves
Pinch Thyme leaves
10g Butter
2 Garlic Cloves
Pinch Ground Pepper
1/3 Cup Plain Flour
2 Egg Yolks
Oven bake at 230c 30-40 mins then 10 min rest
