The move itself is not overly complicated, but is built upon by a lot of different tricks as you advance. For that reason you need to have a good clean Halo to learn a lot of tricks. But by paying attention to what the move is doing and practice you will get it pretty quickly. Definitely a move to spend a fair amount of time cleaning up. And remember that this is a great move to learn on both sides as the staff will finish on the opposite, ready to be performed again.
