Beginner-Friendly Salesforce Flow - Ep 02 (Flow-Along)

This tutorial is intended for complete beginners and is a build-along. You are expected to follow along in your own Playground environment to gain hands-on experience. In this second video of the Flow Along series, we are learning about the Decision element in a record-triggered flow. Our use case is: - When a Lead record is created; - If the Lead Source value is Web, set rating to Hot; or - If the Lead Source value is Phone Inquiry, set rating to Warm; or - If the Lead Source is any other value, set rating to Cold.
