This is a demonstration video for students in my beginner Tai Chi class at studio 14 - JinLi-Wushu Tai Chi. The video shows a modified way of stepping for the single whip in the Yang-9, that may be easier if you have restriction and mobility issues with knees, ankles or hips. This video accompanies 'in-person' training. It is very important to manage knee alignments and step correctly.
The normal stepping for the single whip is shown at the end of the video.
