Cut out designs from your napkin and peel off the bottom two layers. Apply Mod Podge to the shell, place your napkin pieces, and cover with another layer of Mod Podge. Sand off any excess napkin and apply another layer of Mod Podge for protection. Paint the edges with Metallic Paint, allowing each layer to dry completely.
