Welcome to this weeks tumbling education with Odyssey Sports!
The focus for this week is drills to begin twisting with your athletes. I share my favourite activities I use to first of all figure out which way my athletes twist and then building the coordination to complete the full twist safely. Try including these in your next class or comment below any other drills/exercises you love doing when teaching fulls!
