Cooper had consulted with another optometrist and had been wearing glasses for about a year, but there were quite a few concerns about his performance at school. Spelling and comprehension levels were not at their potential, he had very poor concentration and problems at focusing and maintaining focus.
Cooper was prescribed glasses to wear full time indoors and a 16 weeks' vision training program, which was yet to be completed at the time of this video. His parents had already noticed a huge improvement with his performance at school as well as his self-esteem. Cooper and his mum talk about the difference that vision training has made for him and share tips for families starting this process.
