I was very hesitant to share this recording… Being vulnerable on camera terrified me. That’s exactly why I decided to do it. We shouldn’t be ashamed of our human experiences. Everyone is sensitive. Some may hide it better than others, but the feelings are there. To deny their existence is simply foolish. To accept & learn from them is how we create a harmonious life.
