The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to build a screened-in porch. Not only did he do a lousy job on the first part of it but he claimed his partner stole all his supplies and he couldn’t finish. She’s suing for what she paid. The defendant says the plaintiff was rude, so why should he try to work with her? He claims she’s trying to get a free porch.
