“Beloved Mascots” looks at the interesting history and significance of Auburn University’s mascot, the tiger, and The University of Alabama’s mascot, the elephant, as we reflect on Alabamians’ love for these mascots while examining the status of these animals in the wild and the importance of protecting their natural habitats as part of human responsibilities as stewards of the Creation.
