Between The Tides

Between the Tides is a reflection from the space where my old life is falling away and my new one is not yet here. I am in the liminal space, the transition. This song was born from a moment of realisation, that the identity I had been living was no longer me. What followed was not clarity, but an in-between - a sometimes quiet, sometimes chaotic, uncertain space of loss, grief and awakening. Carried by a soft, dark reggae soul, this piece moves through that transition, the letting go of who I was, sitting with the pain and slowly finding the strength to remain present as something deeper begins to emerge. There are no answers here. Only honesty.
