Important fitment note for the video description: The CS2340FK (and CS2335FK) is the 8mm upgrade kit, designed to replace the original 7mm timing chain system. Early DV5 engines (roughly 2018 to early 2023) were factory-fitted with the 7mm chain, which is the one prone to premature stretch and wear. OE switched to the 8mm system around January 2023. Some pre-2023 vehicles may already have been upgraded under warranty, so the fitter should always confirm the installed chain width by inspection rather than relying on VIN or registration year alone.
