Fundamental elements of the bianco B-Compact open-width compactor are the two compacting cylinders of 600mm diameter, the biggest ever installed on this kind of machine. The first step of the process is conditioning by means of a steaming device; tensions in every step are checked through load cells controlled as all other parameters in this process, by PLC thanks to a very effective software. The new fabric thread path has been studied to grant the highest performance in compacting.
